Consultancy fees, service charges, government fees, embassy fees, university application charges, and other third-party expenses are separate and payable by the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. No Guarantee of Approval

Freez & Breez Visa & Foreign Consultancy does not guarantee approval of any visa, immigration application, educational admission, or permit. Final decisions rest solely with the relevant authorities.

6. Refund Policy

Consultancy fees and processing charges may be non-refundable once work has commenced. Government fees, embassy fees, and third-party charges are generally non-refundable unless specifically permitted by the respective authority.

7. Confidentiality

All personal information and supporting documents submitted by clients will be treated as confidential and used only for consultancy and application processing purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for application refusals, delays, policy changes, embassy decisions, university decisions, travel disruptions, or any losses resulting from actions taken by third-party authorities.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
