Welcome to TIME TO TRAVEL MUNNAR. By enquiring about or booking our tour packages, hotel stays, adventure activities or taxi services, you agree to the terms below.

1. Bookings & Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed only after we share a written confirmation (WhatsApp, email or call) and the agreed advance payment is received. Prices shown on the website are indicative and may change based on season, vehicle type and availability.

2. Payments

  • An advance amount may be required to reserve packages, rooms or vehicles.
  • The remaining balance is payable as informed at the time of confirmation.
  • Taxi tariffs follow the published 2026 rates unless a custom quote is agreed in writing.

3. Cancellations & Changes

  • Cancellation charges depend on how close the travel date is and on hotel or vehicle supplier rules.
  • Date or itinerary changes are subject to availability and may attract revised rates.
  • Unused services after travel begins are generally non-refundable.

4. Travel Responsibility

Guests are responsible for carrying valid ID, arriving on time for pickups, and following local rules at attractions, parks and hotels. Adventure activities involve inherent risk; participation is at the guest’s own discretion and fitness level.

5. Taxi & Vehicle Services

  • Vehicle allotment depends on availability of Sedan, Ertiga or Innova (or similar).
  • Waiting time, night halt, extra kilometres and permit/parking charges may apply as listed in the tariff or as informed.
  • Drivers follow legal speed and route guidelines for guest safety.

6. Hotels & Packages

Hotel categories, meal plans and inclusions are as described in the confirmed itinerary. Early check-in, late check-out, extra beds or special requests are subject to hotel policy and may be chargeable.

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or changes caused by weather, landslides, strikes, road blocks, government restrictions or other events beyond our reasonable control. We will try to offer the best alternate arrangement available.
